There is a pull out removable floor for easy cleaning and the nesting box has a lift style lid to allow easy removable of eggs. You can also use the Chicken House with or without the nesting box as it is removable.

There are ventilation holes in the coop. Fully weather treated. There is a non slip ramp leading from the sleeping area to the run.
